Like all Americans, Union Foods Newcorp felt compelled to assist in the long rebuilding process for the Gulf Coast region affected by Hurricane Katrina. Thanks to support from the Korean United Methodist Church, the Woodland Hills KUMC, our vendors, our suppliers, our hard working employees, truckers, and donations from the public we were able to send out eight (8) truckloads of food in our Katrina Ramen Relief campaign.
World hunger reports estimate 1.2+ billion people are in need of basic food. Working closely with great organizations such as the Convoy of Hope, has allowed us to take part in campaigns of various sizes:
